- Create a 3/5/10 year maintenance plan
- Foster an environment of respect and value for our teachers
- Pursue innovative revenue streams for robust student programming
- Address decline in student enrollment

As an involved parent in our schools and community, I understand what students, parents, teachers and community members need from district leaders. It starts with establishing accountability through community engagement, financial stewardship and servant leadership. The ultimate goal for accountability is that our students have optimal opportunities to learn, grow and thrive.
